Cross-border supply
Mining and conveyor supply into Africa
Kia-Kaha Mining is based in Benoni, South Africa. South Africa is our primary market — and we also quote, supply and support conveyor, repair and mining products across the SADC region, for operations that need a reliable South African supply partner.
Many mines and contractors across Southern Africa already buy from South African suppliers — the manufacturing base, the OEM channels and the stock are here. We handle the enquiry the same way we do locally: understand the requirement, identify the correct product, and quote a practical supply route to your site or border.
Where we supply
Countries we can service
South Africa is primary. Beyond it we list only the countries we can genuinely deliver to and support — ranking for a place we cannot service helps no one.
Neighbouring countries
- Botswana
- Namibia
- Zimbabwe
- Mozambique
- Lesotho
- Eswatini
Wider SADC region
- Zambia
- Malawi
- Democratic Republic of the Congo
- Angola
- Tanzania
We have supplied further afield on request. Where we can support a destination reliably we say so and quote it — operation in a country not listed? Ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can support it.
How it works
Cross-border supply, step by step
Delivered or ex-works — agreed per enquiry
We quote either delivered to your site or a nominated border post or port, or ex-works / FCA for your own freight forwarder to collect. The Incoterm — EXW, FCA or DAP — is fixed with the quotation, not assumed.
Export documentation — handled here
Kia-Kaha Mining is registered with SARS as an exporter. We raise the commercial invoice, packing list and export documentation, and a SADC certificate of origin where the goods qualify; you or your clearing agent handle the import side. Country-specific permits, standards or pre-shipment inspection requirements are identified with the quote.
Currency and payment
Quoted in South African Rand or US Dollar to suit the buyer. Payment terms are agreed per customer and per order.
Lead time
Given with the quotation, not promised generically — it depends on stock, the product, the manufacturing route and the border crossing. Breakdown and urgent items are flagged and expedited where possible.
Landed cost on request
Once the destination and Incoterm are set we can build an indicative landed cost — product, freight, clearing and delivery — so you can compare a true door-to-door figure.
Incoterms and lead times are quoted per enquiry and kept conservative — we would rather commit to a date we can hold than to one we cannot.

Products that travel well
Bosworth Flexable Resin Cable Joint
Compact and easy to freight. The resin is poured from a sealed foil pack, starts to cure about 10 minutes after pouring at ±20 °C and the mould comes off in 30–45 minutes, so a trailing-cable joint is back in service the same shift. Available in green, yellow and red. MASC flammability test report to SANS 1520-1.

Tell us the destination country and delivery point, the Incoterm you want quoted (EXW, FCA or DAP), and the product or part — a photo, drawing, nameplate or part number is enough to start. Partial information is fine.
