GOGGA™ FlexPull — pull the belt the way it wants to run.
A patent-pending multi-point conveyor belt-pulling system, designed by our own mechanical and electrical engineer for controlled installation, replacement, maintenance and splicing in mining, quarrying and bulk materials handling.

How it works
A different way to pull conveyor belt
Instead of relying on one single rigid pulling point, FlexPull uses multiple independently positioned belt clamps connected to a common pulling point — so the pull is controlled, the force is distributed, and the belt is allowed to follow its natural profile.
Multi-point gripping
Multiple clamps engage the belt across its width rather than one rigid point — more grip, less concentrated stress.
Adjustable load distribution
The centre connection can be set as the primary load point while side clamps guide and stabilise the belt.
Modular construction
Configurable for maintenance pulls, belt positioning, splicing support and engineered heavy-duty applications.

The current development geometry uses a 105 mm × 50 mm toothed gripping jaw on a compact 45 mm clamp body — multiple smaller gripping points rather than aggressive projections, to grip securely while controlling localised belt-cover loading. Final clamp geometry, materials and fasteners remain subject to engineering verification.
New GOGGA™ clamp under development
A new enlarged-grip steel clamp is currently progressing to prototype casting and physical testing. Production geometry and load ratings will be finalised following prototype evaluation and proof-load testing. The production clamp will carry permanent cast-in GOGGA™ branding; a load rating is added to the pattern only once testing establishes the production figure.
The range
GOGGA™ FlexPull Development Range
FlexPull is being developed in three physical sizes. These are development configurations, not final tested models — there are no load numbers or model designations until prototype evaluation and proof-load testing are complete.
Lighter maintenance

Method
The pull, step by step
- 01
Position
Position the belt clamps across the conveyor belt at suitable pulling locations.

Clamp
Mechanically secure each clamp to the belt.
- 03
Connect
Connect the individual pulling legs to the common master pulling point.
- 04
Adjust
Set the centre connection as the primary load point and adjust it relative to the side clamps.
- 05
Pull
Connect to suitable rated pulling equipment and move the belt under controlled conditions.

Inspect
Inspect clamps, connectors and belt engagement throughout the operation per the approved procedure.

Engineering, ratings & IP
Verified before operational use
- Production ratings are established through engineering review, testing and proof-load verification.
- No final Working Load Limit is published for a model until the complete system has undergone engineering verification and proof-load testing. Where a WLL is not verified yet, it is shown as “confirmed on verification / on quotation” — never an estimated number.
- Production specifications may change as development and certification progress.
- The FlexPull system, its multi-point configuration and its operating methods are the subject of intellectual-property protection. A patent application is on file — the product is patent pending, not patented.
