Send us as much of the following as you have. Partial information is fine — our engineer will come back with the questions needed to finalise the spec, or attend site for an engineering assessment where the problem needs diagnosing first.

- 02For a cylinder: bore, rod diameter, stroke, closed length, port type and mounting — a photo with a tape in frame helps
- 03For a pump, motor or valve: the nameplate or casting number, displacement, pressure and drive / port arrangement
